Lockport Industrial Park
The Lockport Industrial Development Agency owns the Lockport Industrial Park, a 400 acre fully serviced modern site, located on the west side of Lockport, immediately west of General Motors, east of Junction Road (NY Route 270), and north of NY Route 31.
The Lockport Industrial Park is home to 12 small and medium size employers and has 69 acres of vacant industrially zoned land ready for development. The Lockport Industrial Park is located 20 miles from the US-Canada border, 20 miles northeast of Buffalo and 60 miles west of Rochester, making Lockport a strategic location for manufacturers and distributors targeting the Northeast US market and Southern Ontario.
